Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms apply when you use tararumpumland.com or buy a ticket for Tara Rum Pum Land, run by [PLACEHOLDER: legal business name]. By booking you agree to them.

The event

Tara Rum Pum Land is a girls-only picnic and sundowner in Hyderabad. The date, venue, line-up and timings shown on the site are indicative and may change. We will tell ticket holders on WhatsApp.

Tickets and payment

  • The ticket price is shown at checkout, in Indian rupees. The total is worked out on our server, so the amount you see when you pay is the amount you are charged.
  • You can buy up to 10 tickets in one booking.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • A booking is confirmed only once your payment succeeds.

Ticket delivery

After a successful payment we send your ticket to the WhatsApp number you entered, usually within a few hours. Please double-check that number when you book. If you have not received your ticket within 24 hours, contact us with your payment ID.

Entry

  • The event is for girls and women only.
  • We may ask for a valid photo ID at the gate.
  • Each ticket admits one person. Tickets cannot be resold at a higher price.
  • We can refuse entry or ask someone to leave for unsafe or disrespectful behaviour, without a refund.

Refunds and cancellations

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Stall bookings

Submitting a stall request does not guarantee a stall. We will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm availability, price and terms before anything is charged.

Liability

We take care to run a safe, well-organised event, but we are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for events beyond our reasonable control such as weather, venue or government restrictions. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad have jurisdiction.
