Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to book with confidence. Here is how refunds and cancellations work for Tara Rum Pum Land tickets.

Tickets are not refundable

Once booked, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled as described below.

If we cancel the event

You get a full refund of the ticket price. It goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 7 to 10 working days of us announcing the cancellation. You do not need to ask.

If we reschedule the event

Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, write to us within 7 days of the announcement and we will refund your ticket in full.

Payment problems

• If money left your account but you did not get a ticket, send us the payment ID shown on screen or in your bank or UPI message.
• If a payment fails, any amount debited is automatically reversed by your bank, normally within 5 to 7 working days.
• If you were charged twice for the same booking, we will refund the extra charge.
